How Payment Works for a Graduation Session
A $150 deposit reserves your date and is applied to the package price. The balance is due 48 hours before your session.
| Package | Price | Deposit to reserve | Balance before the session |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | $250 | $150 | $100 |

How to Reschedule Your Graduation Session
You can move your session to a new date with 72 hours' notice. Your deposit transfers to the new date, as long as it falls within 30 days.
- Bad weather: if the weather makes the session impossible, we reschedule at no cost.
- Any other reason: give us 72 hours' notice and choose a date within 30 days.
What Happens to Your Deposit If You Cancel
If you cancel your session, you forfeit the $150 deposit. That is why rescheduling with 72 hours' notice is usually the better move.
What Your Graduation Session Price Does Not Include
The price covers the session and the photos in your package. It does not include:
- Permits to photograph on a campus or private property. Each school sets its own rules, and we do not arrange permits or promise access.
- Admission fees for parks, gardens or any location that charges one.
- Travel to a location more than 25 driving miles from Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60). That travel is quoted before you book.
If the graduate or anyone in the session is under 18, an adult from their family must be present for the whole session.
