Quinceañera photo and video packages in Mesa cost $2,150 (Essential Package, 8 hours), $3,250 (Complete Package, 10 hours) and $4,995 (Deluxe Package, 12 hours). All three include a photographer, a videographer and a one-hour pre-event photo session.

A $500 deposit holds your date. Pay the rest in installments, in full one month before the event.
- Essential Package. Works when the Mass and the party fit in 8 hours, for example when the church and the hall are close together.
- Complete Package. Adds 2 hours, all the digital photos, a 12x12 professional album, the 5-minute and 1-minute Event Highlight Videos and the Online Video Streaming Experience.
- Deluxe Package. Gives you 12 hours for a long day, with a 40-page album, Aerial Drone Footage and a Personalized Event Website.
Hours are continuous from the start time in your contract. The drive from church to the hall, waiting time and weather delays count within them, so your timeline should show how long each part takes. Coverage ends by 10:00 p.m.; after that, each extra hour costs $150. Parking and entrance fees are the family's.

An additional photographer or videographer must be booked by your final payment date, one month before the event, and never for more hours than your package. You need one, for example, when two girls celebrate their quinceañeras at the same party, or when you want two places covered at the same time.
How to Hold Your Date and Pay for Your Quinceañera Package
A non-refundable $500 deposit holds your date and comes off your package total. You pay the rest in installments, and the package is paid in full one month before the event.
If your date is close, rush service (opens in a new tab) adds $500 to the package within the Phoenix metro area, as long as the date is open.
What Happens to Your Payments If You Cancel or Move the Quinceañera
The $500 deposit is the cancellation fee, not an extra charge. If you cancel 4 months or more before the event, you lose only the deposit. With less than 4 months, everything paid is lost.
You can change your date once, 4 months or more ahead, if the new date is open. If it isn't, the $500 fee applies. Your contract sets the final terms.
When Quinceañera Photos and Video Are Delivered
You have 4 weeks after the event to choose your photos. From the day you choose, delivery usually takes 4 to 8 weeks for photo and video, and 2 to 4 weeks for photography only. If you don't choose within those 4 weeks, we make the selection. These are usual times, not a promise: your contract sets the final terms. We keep your files for one year, and digital photos include permission to print them for personal use.
If You Only Want a Session, Only Photos or Only Video
Not every family needs a full photo and video package.

- If you already have a videographer, see photography only; if you already have a photographer, see video only. Those packages don't include the pre-event photo session.

There is no travel fee within 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60). Beyond that, travel is quoted on the full driving distance and agreed in writing before the date.
Frequently Asked Questions About Quinceañera Packages in Mesa
What's the difference between the Complete and Deluxe packages for a quinceañera?
The Deluxe Package gives you 12 hours instead of 10 and adds a 40-page album, Aerial Drone Footage, a modern guest book, a Personalized Event Website and a tablet with all the photos and videos. Both include the pre-event photo session.
Is the $500 deposit added to the package price?
No. The $500 deposit comes off your package total. If you cancel, that deposit is the cancellation fee.
When do we need to send the quinceañera timeline?
Send us the timeline one month before the event, with the times for the Mass, the entrance, the waltz, the traditions and any surprise. If anything changes after that, let us know in writing.
Does the pre-event photo session cost extra?
No. The one-hour pre-event photo session is included in all three packages. An adult from the family must be there for the whole session if anyone in it is under 18.
Do you charge travel if the party is outside Mesa?
No, as long as it's within 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60). Beyond that, we quote travel in writing before the date.
