How to Book Your Quinceañera Session: Deposit, Payment and Changes
A $150 deposit reserves your session; it's non-refundable and applied to your session price. The balance is due 48 hours before the session.
- Rescheduling. You can move your session with 72 hours' notice. Your deposit transfers to one rescheduled session within 30 days.
- Cancellation. If you cancel, you forfeit the deposit.
- Weather. If the weather doesn't allow the session, we reschedule it at no charge.
- Rush session. If you need a session on short notice, rush service (opens in a new tab) adds $150 within the Phoenix metro area, if the date is open.
Where to Shoot Your Quince Session: The 5-Mile Rule Between Locations
The session happens at the spot you choose. A session with more than one location stays within 5 driving miles of the spot where it starts. There is no travel fee within 25 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60); farther out, we quote the travel before you book.

What to Wear and When to Shoot in Arizona Light
The ideal time for a quinceañera session in Mesa is the last hour before sunset. At midday the Arizona sun is harsh: it casts shadows on the face and makes everyone squint.
- Timing. Book a late-afternoon slot and arrive on time. Soft light doesn't last, and a lost half hour can't be made up that same day.
- Heat. From May through September, bring water, a hand fan and an umbrella for breaks.
- Gown. If the session is in her quinceañera gown, have someone she trusts help carry it and fix it between shots.
- Shoes. Bring comfortable shoes for walking to the spot, and switch to the gown's shoes for photos.
- Details. Her crown, her bouquet or a special family keepsake make the photos more personal.
An Adult From the Family Must Stay for the Whole Session
If your daughter or anyone in the session is under 18, an adult from the family must be there for the whole session. Without an adult present, we can't start.
It isn't a formality. The adult looks after the minors, helps with the gown and knows the quinceañera better than anyone. If no adult arrives, the session doesn't happen that day.

Every quinceañera package includes a one-hour pre-event photo session, plus the photographer and videographer for the Mass and the party.
