Continuous Hours and Extra Time at Your Wedding
Your hours run continuously from the start time. Travel between locations and waiting time count toward your hours, because the team stays dedicated to your wedding even when the cameras are down.
Coverage ends at 10:00 p.m. Time after that is extra time, at $150 per hour, paid before you pick up your photos and video. If rain or dangerous heat stops an outdoor part of the day, the wait also counts toward your hours.
How to Hold Your Date and Pay for Your Wedding Package
A $500 deposit holds your date and comes off your package total. You pay the rest in installments, paid in full one month before the wedding. First, you review and sign your contract online through ShutterTerms, with your package, hours and add-ons.
What Happens if You Cancel Your Wedding
The $500 deposit is the cancellation fee, not an extra charge. If you cancel 4 months or more before the wedding, you lose only the deposit. If you cancel less than 4 months before, everything paid is lost. Your contract sets the final terms.
If you need to change your date, you can do it once, 4 months or more before the wedding, if the new date is open. If it isn't, the $500 fee applies.
When You Receive Your Wedding Photos and Video
You have 4 weeks after the wedding to choose your photos online; after that, we choose them for you. From the day you choose them, delivery usually takes 4 to 8 weeks for photo and video. We keep your files for one year, so download and back up your gallery within that first year. Your contract sets the final terms.
Travel Included for Mesa Weddings
There is no travel fee within 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60). Beyond that, travel is quoted on the full driving distance and agreed in writing before the date.
