How It Differs From the Session Included in Your Wedding Package
Every wedding package already includes a one-hour pre-event photo session, held at least 2 weeks before the wedding. If you book your wedding with us, that is your engagement or couple session, and you don't need to pay for another one.
A separate engagement session is for three situations:
- You haven't booked your wedding yet, or you're getting married without wedding photo and video.
- You already booked your wedding and want another session on top of the included one.
- You want your photos early, to announce the engagement or send your invitations.

Where We Hold Engagement Sessions in Mesa
We hold your session at the spot you choose. A session with more than one location stays within 5 driving miles of the spot where it starts. There is no travel fee within 25 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60); farther out, we quote the travel before you book.

In Arizona, the softest light for portraits comes in the last hour of the afternoon, and it doesn't last long. That's why your start time matters.
