A $500 deposit holds your date. Pay the rest in installments, in full one month before the event.
Hours are continuous: they run from the start time in your contract, and travel between locations or waiting time counts toward them.
What Video-Only Coverage Includes and Leaves Out
Every video-only package includes one of our videographers for the hours in your package and the edited video your package lists. Our team edits your video from what we film at your event.
It does not include:
- Unedited source footage. We deliver the edited video in your package, not the original unedited recordings.
- A photographer. If you need one, see our photography-only packages.
- The pre-event photo session. That session comes with our photo and video packages.
How Payment Works for Video-Only Coverage
Video-only coverage follows the same terms as any event. A $500 deposit reserves your date, and you pay the balance in installments, paid in full one month before the event.
- The $500 deposit is the cancellation fee, not an extra charge.
- If you cancel less than 4 months before the event, everything paid is lost.
- Your contract sets the final terms, including when your video is delivered.
How Our Videographer Works Alongside a Photographer From Another Company
If someone else is taking your photos, please share their contact with us before the event. That way the videographer and the photographer agree on where each one stands during the ceremony, the Mass or the waltz, so neither blocks the other. Your contract explains what happens if another team blocks our angles during the event.
Travel Costs If Your Event Is Outside Mesa
There is no travel fee within 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60), and all of Mesa falls inside that range. Beyond it, travel is quoted on the full driving distance and agreed in writing before the date.
