Photography-only coverage is for couples and quinceañera families who need just one service. It usually comes down to one of two reasons:

• You already have a videographer. A relative, a friend or another company is filming, and you still need a photographer.
• Your budget is tight. You would rather lock in great photos of your wedding or quinceañera and leave video for another time.

Photography-Only Packages for Mesa Events

There are three photography-only packages. They differ in hours of coverage and in what each one includes.

A $500 deposit holds your date. Pay the rest in installments, in full one month before the event.

Hours are continuous: they run from the start time in your contract, and travel between locations or waiting time counts toward them.

What Photography-Only Coverage Includes and Leaves Out

Every photography-only package includes one of our photographers for the hours in your package and the number of digital photos your package lists. Every photo we deliver is edited by hand.

It does not include:

• The pre-event photo session. That session comes with our photo and video packages. If you want portraits before your event, you can book a quinceañera photo session or an engagement session separately.
• Video. If you need it, see our video-only packages.
• Extra downloads. Digital photos beyond the number included in your package are a separate purchase.

How Payment Works for Photography-Only Coverage

Photography-only coverage follows the same terms as any event. A $500 deposit reserves your date, and you pay the balance in installments, paid in full one month before the event.

• The $500 deposit is the cancellation fee, not an extra charge.
• If you cancel less than 4 months before the event, everything paid is lost.
• Your contract sets the final terms.

When You Receive Your Photos From Photography-Only Coverage

After the event, you have 4 weeks to choose your photos. Once you choose them, usual delivery is 2 to 4 weeks. That is a usual timeline, not a promised date; your contract sets the final terms.

How Our Photographer Works Alongside a Videographer From Another Company

If someone else is filming your video, please share their contact with us before the event. That way the photographer and the videographer agree on where each one stands during the ceremony, the Mass or the waltz, so neither blocks the other. Your contract explains what happens if another team blocks our angles during the event.

Travel Costs If Your Event Is Outside Mesa

There is no travel fee within 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60), and all of Mesa falls inside that range. Beyond it, travel is quoted on the full driving distance and agreed in writing before the date.
